Mobile Device Terms of Service

The Hubsmark mobile messaging service (the "Service") is operated by Hubsmark ("Hubsmark," "we," or "us"). Your use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions ("Mobile Terms"). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without prior notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service after the effective date of such changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
By opting into Hubsmark’s text/SMS messaging service, you agree to receive recurring text/SMS messages from or on behalf of Hubsmark to the mobile number you provided, even if your number is on any state or federal Do-Not-Call list. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Promotional messages may include promotions, special offers, and marketing campaigns (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you are not required to enroll in this program to make a purchase and that your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Hubsmark. Participation in this program is entirely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for any text messaging fees imposed by your mobile carrier. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your mobile provider for details. You are solely responsible for all text/SMS message charges, including those from your mobile provider.
You may unsubscribe from the Service at any time. Text the keyword STOP to Hubsmark or click the unsubscribe link (if available) in any text message. You will receive a one-time confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device unless you opt back in. If you have subscribed to other Hubsmark mobile messaging programs and wish to cancel, except as required by applicable law, you must unsubscribe separately from those programs following the instructions in their respective mobile service terms.

We may change any shortcode or phone number we use to operate the Service at any time, and we will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any message, including STOP or HELP requests, sent to a changed shortcode or number may not be received, and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
Wireless carriers supporting the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile phone number. If you obtain a new mobile number, you must re-enroll in the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we are not liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected message delivery, errors in message content, and/or any action you may or may not take based on the information provided by the Service.
